Information Security and Food Security Research Room — Honey

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, international students were unable to return to their own countries during the summer of 2020. This translation project called together international and Taiwanese students to collaborate on translating local industry information. This translation is regarding honey. Five students worked together on a multi-language web page called “Hyperspectrometer Identification of Authentic Honey.” The five students’ names are Shih An Tung, Yang Bo Shun, Liang Cheng Wan, Chen Mie Mei Ling, and Li Chia Min.
