Information Security and Food Security Research Room — Nantou County Chocolate Industry Introduction

Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, international students were unable to return to their own countries during the summer of 2020. This translation project called together international and Taiwanese students to collaborate on translating local industry information. This translation is regarding chocolate. Students compiled and translated a brief introduction called “Chocolate Industry and Enterprise.” It introduces the history of the chocolate Industry in Taiwan, and the development of chocolate enterprises in Puli Township.
