Due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, international students were unable to return to their own countries during the summer of 2020. This translation project called together international and Taiwanese students to collaborate on translating local industry information. This translation regards Sun Moon Lake black tea. The translated web page explains the developmental history of Sun Moon Lake black tea. Black tea in Sun Moon Lake was developed from the end of the Qing Dynasty and then carried on through the Japanese Colonial Period to the Post-war era in Yu Chi Township. It also explains its revitalization after the 921 Earthquake, as well as comparisons among different brands and the latest tea technology.
