Mudstone Badlands in Southwestern Taiwan

Title: G.R.E.A.T.: Towards a Greater badland region with wisdom of Resilience, mind of Eco-consciousness, tenacity of Action, and readiness for Transition

Abstract: Addressing the unique challenges of Badlands communities requires an asset-based view of learning from local wisdom. At the same time, USR is responsible for equipping locals with a forward-looking perspective of resilience and new knowledge and strategies to tackle emerging issues and opportunities. Building on the current USR foundations, this new phase of our project will focus on strengthening internal resilience and increasing external connections, elevating the overall development goals of the Collaborative Badlands 3.0 as building towards a greater badlands region with the wisdom of resilience, the mind of eco-consciousness, tenacity of action, and readiness for transition.
